St Mary’s Burton Latimer is the parish church in the Northamptonshire town of Burton Latimer, just south of Kettering in Northamptonshire.  The church is part of the Church of England and the diocese of Peterborough.  We have committed ourselves to working with our partner churches and other local groups to make the love of God known in our community.  This website is designed to share with you the aspirations of our church family.
Although we are blessed to be able to join in with over 700 years of worship and teaching in our wonderful medieval church building, we are not supposed to leave it at that. We are compelled to consider how 'we' (often referred to as the 'hands and feet or body of Christ) might respond to the needs of our wider community as Jesus did for His.
Our main Sunday service takes place at 10am and lasts a little over an hour.  People of all ages and backgrounds are warmly invited to join us as we break bread, worship God and explore how the Bible and the traditions of the Church are relevant to our daily lives.  There is a crèche for pre-schoolers, Junior Church for children of primary school age.
St Mary's Burton Latimer: 'Our lives, 'Our' church, 'Our community' ... It is now our time to grow in commitment to Christian fitness to the glory of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
