The crèche is available during the 10am service for children aged four and under and also parents with babies.  There are also some bags (containing books and materials for colouring) at the back of church to occupy children who wish to stay in church.

 

Women’s Fellowship: Please note that, until further notice or otherwise advised, future meetings will take place in the Chapter House at 2.30pm.

 

Don’t forget the 20/20 Cricket Match at Burton Latimer Cricket Ground, today, 14th September, at 3pm: St Mary’s, Burton Latimer -v- St Andrew’s, Kettering.  Please do come along and enjoy the afternoon.

 

We congratulate Paul and Eileen Smith as they celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary, and we give thanks for the 50 years they have shared together.

 

Foodbank: Training will take place at Burton Latimer Methodist Church on Saturday, 20th September, at 9.00 am.  Further information available from

Cllr Ruth Groome, Mayor of Burton Latimer, would like to invite you to her Civic Service in the Church at 3.00 pm on Sunday 21st September.  A light afternoon tea will be served in the Church afterwards.  The congregation is asked to be seated by 2.50 pm.

 

Don’t forget to make a note in your diary of the Art Workshop on 18 October (10am to 12noon), where we shall be painting small aspects of the church to form our 2015 diary.

 

A sponsored cycle ride/walk in aid of Bungoma will take place on Sunday,
8th September, leaving Grafham Water car park at 2pm.  Tea will be provided so please could you let Sue know if you intend joining us.  There is a sponsor sheet at the back of church.  Please support the cyclists/walkers and help us raise a large sum of money to send to Bungoma.

 

Craft Fair Saturday, 4th October (10am to 4pm).  Small and large cakes are needed for refreshments.  Also cakes and savoury items would be appreciated for sale on the cake stall.  Please contact Judy Clipstone (01536 723719).

Morning Prayer is said in church on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9am and 8am on Friday.  All are very welcome to join us.
