The Holy Innocents (The First Sunday of Christmas)

 9am Said Holy Communion

New to St. Mary’s?  If you would like any information or assistance, one of our welcomers/sidespersons, who can be found at the rear of the church, will be very happy to help you.

The crèche is available during the 10am service for children aged four and under and also parents with babies.  There are also some bags (containing books and materials for colouring) at the back of church to occupy children who wish to stay in church.

Donald Allister (The Lord Bishop of Peterborough) will be joining us for our 10am Parish Eucharist on 4th January, and all are warmly invited to the service and to meet our Diocesan Bishop.

Credo are planning to go to Franklin’s Gardens on Monday, 29th December, to watch Northampton Wanderers play Leicester 2nd XV.  Tickets will be only £5 and KO time is 14:00. Contact Tony if interested on 726833

Focus, our church magazine is published monthly.  Copies for sale are always available at the back of church or if you would like it delivered monthly to your home please speak to Pat Smith or Sue Hartley.  It is a good way to find out about church and local events.

Prayer team: There is a prayer tree next to the votive candle stand for prayer requests.  Request tags are available next to the tree or from our welcomers.  You can either drop these into the basket at the back of church or attach them to the tree, and we will pray for your request.  We do ask, though, that you remove the request once prayer is no longer required.  We have a team of people available each Sunday who would be pleased to sit with you and pray for your needs.  If you would like private prayer at home, please contact Carol Sharman (01536725759), who will be pleased to arrange a house visit.

Collecting Plate and Stewardship Many members of the congregation give monthly by bankers order and do not use the collecting plate.  If you would like to do the same or use the yellow envelope system, please contact one of the sidesmen at the back of the church.
