Focus, our church magazine is published monthly.  Copies for sale are always available at the back of church or if you would like it delivered monthly to your home please speak to Pat Smith or Sue Hartley.  It is a good way to find out about church and local events.

The crèche is available during the 10am service for children aged four and under and also parents with babies.  There are also some bags (containing books and materials for colouring) at the back of church to occupy children who wish to stay in church.

Want to have a sing!  Come and join a choir for Christmas.  Mondays, 6.30-7.45pm, in the Chapter House.  The choir will sing at the Carol Service on Sunday, 21st December at 6pm, and the Christmas Eve Service at 7.30pm.  Everyone welcome, just be prepared to sing!  Look forward to seeing you.  For further details, please speak to Andrew Phillips (07772410505)

Many thanks to St Mary’s School and everyone here who gave “Christmas Child Shoe Box Gifts”. 113 boxes were collected, which equals our best ever total.  These have now been taken to the delivery point ready to be dispatched.  A fantastic effort – well done everyone! (Outreach Team)

We invite you to sign our communal Christmas Card, in the porch, sending greetings to everyone at St Mary’s. If you wish to participate, collect a star from the back of church, sign and pin on the card. Donations go to our Church based Children’s Groups The Outreach Team

Pamper Gifts for women in Northamptonshire Christian Refuge.   Please place unwrapped gifts in the box at the back of church. (This is to comply with the dreaded “Health and Safety” – all parcels have to be checked by staff).  Thank you in anticipation of your thoughtfulness. Outreach Team

The Kibworth Band will be performing a concert of Christmas music and carols here in church on Saturday, 13th December, at 7.30pm.  Tickets £6.50 with refreshments available for purchase.  See Sue or Helen.

Bible Study, at 3.30pm (9 Pebbleford Road, Burton Latimer) on Wednesday 3rd, 10th, 17th December and after Christmas.  The theme is “The Prophet Samuel”.

Prayer team: There is a prayer tree next to the votive candle stand for prayer requests.  Request tags are available next to the tree or from our welcomers.  You can either drop these into the basket at the back of church or attach them to the tree, and we will pray for your request.  We do ask, though, that you remove the request once prayer is no longer required.  We have a team of people available each Sunday who would be pleased to sit with you and pray for your needs.  If you would like private prayer at home, please contact Carol Sharman (01537725759), who will be pleased to arrange a house visit.”
